For Shane · In confidence

Where to
from here.

I'm grateful just to have the connection, and I don't want to be presumptuous about any of it. These are simply a few things I'd like to put across your desk for you to consider — starting points, not a take it or leave it. Read them in whatever order suits, and push back on anything.

Model 01

We run web, privately labelled through you

We take on all the technical responsibility for anything web related. We expand our existing core team in the Philippines and migrate your clients across gradually, setting each one up on a plan that includes SEO and request management. Everything is delivered privately labelled under Mint — you stay the face, we're the engine room.

  • A flat billable hourly rate, with agreed monthly caps so there are no surprises.
  • No HR, no management on your side. We carry all account responsibility and scale up as the work grows.
  • All we'd ask in return: 60 days' notice on anything that would need us to downscale, and as much recurring work as possible underneath it — so we can plan our recruitment against real growth.
  • Reporting, EA and general business administration sit separately, as dedicated staff on a standard VA contract.
Model 02

We build and run your team for you

We agree on a tech stack and an approach together, then we manage the full time hiring of the people who deliver it. We handle the training and onboarding of an initial cohort — at least two developers and two admin or routine staff — with the clear intention of bringing more of your clients across and supporting the ones you already have.

  • A team that is effectively yours, built to an agreed standard.
  • We own the hiring, training and onboarding so you don't inherit the hard part.
  • Designed to grow with your book, not just cover today's load.

Either model is a comfortable way to begin, and we grow it together from there as more of the book comes across.

Introducing

Mint Essentials.

Work with New Zealand's most trusted web agency, at a price point and a service your business can scale with.

It's for the clients who aren't ready for the top of your range yet. Rather than lose them, you give them a home — with the same trusted team quietly behind them. This whole walkthrough is what that home looks like.

  • A brand new website
  • A genuinely new approach to support
  • Strong ongoing SEO, with AI built into the work rather than bolted on
  • AI search results actively nurtured, not left to chance
  • High level onshore consultancy, always on call

Option one

Fully managed, private label service

$35/hour · NZD

We run all of it — development, SEO and request management — privately labelled under your brand. Our standard rate is $45; this is your partner rate.

Option two

Seat leasing · Philippines salary band

₱23–40kper seat / month + Yoonet fees

≈ $13–15 per hour, all in

Your own dedicated people, priced on the local salary band — ₱23,000 to ₱40,000 a month depending on applicant and experience, plus our fee on top. Web developers, IT graduates we upskill, business administration, accounts and EA: the full range the scope calls for.

Once you're comfortable with the approach, I'll be honest about what I'm hoping for. I'd love nothing more than to help you grow a substantial team in the Philippines alongside me. You'd preserve hundreds of thousands of dollars of billing that's quietly at risk, turn it into a profitable and genuinely manageable new part of your business, and — the part I care about most — we'd be handing proper agency grade capability back to the SMEs who rarely get it, somewhere the opportunity is truly valued and the gratitude runs both ways.
