Where to
from here.

I'm grateful just to have the connection, and I don't want to be presumptuous about any of it. These are simply a few things I'd like to put across your desk for you to consider, starting points, not a take it or leave it. Read them in whatever order suits, and push back on anything.

We run Mint Essentials

We take on the whole essential web service and run it quietly under your brand. You keep the sales, the relationships, and everything that happens in person. That is the side you are brilliant at, and we are happy to stay well behind it.

However else we can help

Beyond the web work, we find and manage bespoke hires for you, ready to be deployed anywhere across your business. Whatever role you need filled, we can bring you the right person and look after them for you.

Either way is a comfortable place to start, and we grow it together from there.

Two clear swim lanes.

The whole thing works because we each stay in the lane we're strongest in. Two separate swim lanes going forward, with the skills built to match.

We build the essential service

Largely repeatable, and easy for me to scale alongside you. The skills we take on and keep developing:

  • Client onboarding
  • Client offboarding
  • Client requests
  • Client SEO
  • Client reporting

You stay where you shine

Customer relations, strategy and account management, quoting and billing. The relationship and the commercial side stay entirely with you. That's Mint at its best, and we've no interest in stepping on any of it.

And the door stays wide open beyond that. Wherever the core operations of Mint need more hands, we can hire bespoke staff for you, in whatever capacity you need the support.

Next steps.

  1. You're going to send me a project to cut our teeth on, so you get a real feel for our turnaround and the standard of what we deliver.
  2. One honest note on timing. I'm on leave for a week from Tuesday 14 July, so rather than rush that first piece of work, I'd much prefer to show you what we can really do once I'm back the following week.
  3. In the meantime, it's worth a conversation inside Mint about the opportunity here: whether there's an appetite for a light, essential version of the service, and how we'd best shape working together around it.

If this approach is something that appeals to you, I would love to earn our place in your esteemed business, in any way you feel comfortable sharing. I'll appreciate every opportunity, and I'll work hard to become a long term, trusted partner in your business.

Ben
