Since
2003.

We've been building websites since before most agencies existed, and we never stopped. Here's where that comes from, where we're taking it, and the few things I've done since we last spoke.

Web isn't a side line for us. It's where we started.

  1. 2003

    My first website went live.

Long before it was fashionable, and I never really put it down.

  2. 13 yrs

I built sites alongside a sales career in hair care distribution.

Two worlds at once, the trade that taught me relationships, and the web that I couldn't leave alone.

  3. Day one

Yoonet was founded as a web company.

The outsourcing grew up around it. The web work never stopped.

  4. 15 yrs+

Clients who've stayed the whole way through.

Many of them with us for more than fifteen years. That's the part I'm proudest of.

We're peeling the web back out of Yoonet.

  • The web practice becomes its own thing again, with its own front door, a road we were already on before we met.
  • We stay where we're strong: hair care distribution, allied health, and the businesses we meet through outsourcing where a better web presence quietly underpins a better outcome.
  • We're not setting up as a web agency in the South Island. A logical landing page on a .ph domain isn't going to ruffle any feathers of yours.

The clearer we each are about where we sit, the better this works.

Where we sit

  • Sold entirely through referrals.
  • A little gentle SEO into the Dunedin and Otago market, honestly more an excuse to travel than anything else.
  • We do rebuilds. Mostly we don't consult, we don't offer onshore support, and we don't run Google Ads.
  • We work mainly with allied health and hair care distribution.

Where you sit

  • High end and highly consultative.
  • A full suite of marketing services.

The work that sits in our lane

  • Website builds
  • New pages
  • Content revisions
  • Google Analytics setup
  • Domain transfers
  • SEO activity
  • Reporting
  • Support
  • Offboarding

Every request is agreed, cleanly scoped, and visible to both teams. Client communication around sales and expanding services stays entirely with you.

So here's the opportunity. When we meet someone who sits outside our scope, we refer them to you and only you, and we say so publicly on our own website. We don't expect anything reciprocal in the web world. If you have clients who need a virtual assistant, we'd love to meet them. And if a client of yours ever asks about our web services, we'd politely decline. The future of Ube runs through the Philippines, in allied health and hair care distribution, and we're comfortable keeping it there.

The same depth we've always had, aimed at a different market.

Twenty years of experience, and the relationships that came with it, pointed at a completely different labour market in the Philippines. A different cost rate. A different scale of what's possible. There's more than one sensible way to shape that between us, which is exactly what the partnership page is for.

I didn't want to turn up empty handed.

01

A backlink audit of your estate

I ran a full Screaming Frog crawl of your backlink profile, a proper look under the bonnet before anyone touches a thing. The findings are ready to walk through together.

Crawled & catalogued
02

Three of your sites, already rebuilt

I picked three and migrated them to Astro, Marshlands Bobcats, K Endodontics, Payne-Free Bathrooms, exactly as we'd migrate the rest. Same content, same business, a completely different standard of finish.

03

The SEO difference, measured

Real Google Lighthouse audits, before and after. Average Performance across the three live sites is 57; the rebuild takes it to 100. A taste of what we'd put in front of your clients.
